I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was exceptional, offering a magnificent view of Kandy Lake and the city from the spacious balcony with a large king bed. The service was courteous and friendly, though a bit overbearing at times, especially during breakfast. The location was excellent for exploring Kandy on foot, close to attractions like the Temple of the Tooth. The dining experience was superb, with a great variety of dishes. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The hotel offers spacious rooms perfectly designed for family stays with a stunning view of the lake near the top. The service was accommodating and friendly, especially the duty manager. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to experience the perfect location due to unforeseen circumstances.
